1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the kg66 platform — including but not limited to creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the kg66 platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended or permanently closed.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or transacting on kg66.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on kg66. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Account Holder Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password.
• All activity on your kg66 account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact kg66 support immediately.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow any third party to access your kg66 account under any circumstances.
• You must notify kg66 immediately of any changes to your registered personal details, including your mobile number or address, to ensure KYC compliance.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your kg66 account at any time by contacting support. kg66 will process the closure and return any remaining verified BDT balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification and withdrawal processing times.

kg66 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In cases of confirmed fraud, collusion, or money laundering, any balance associated with the account may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

kg66 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All transactions on the platform are conducted in BDT. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the selected payment method.
• kg66 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. All payment methods used must be registered in the account holder's own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. kg66 requires standard KYC verification to be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within the following timeframes:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically processed within 1 to 4 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bank transfer withdrawals: 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted. Ensure all details are correct before confirming a withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kg66 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus terms applicable across all kg66 promotions are set out below.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are credited to eligible accounts in BDT. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must be wagered according to the applicable wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A player may not claim a welcome bonus more than once regardless of the number of accounts held.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the promotion. Bonuses that are not rolled over within the validity period will be forfeited.

kg66 may withdraw, amend, or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of its amendment will receive the revised terms automatically. Any ongoing wagering progress will be calculated under the original terms unless otherwise communicated.

6. Game Rules and Betting

kg66 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If you become aware of any suspected prohibited activity by another user, you may report it to kg66 support in confidence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kg66 platform — including but not limited to the site design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software code, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of kg66 or its licensed content providers. No part of the kg66 platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, or otherwise exploited without the express written permission of kg66.

The kg66 name, brand mark, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the kg66 platform. Any unauthorised use of these marks — including in social media profiles, advertising, or third-party content — constitutes trademark infringement and may be subject to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg66 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the kg66 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical faults, network interruptions, or server downtime. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

kg66 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and unscheduled outages may occur. kg66 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible, but is not obligated to do so and accepts no liability for losses incurred during any period of unavailability.

11. Amendments to Terms

kg66 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kg66 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. The updated Terms and Conditions will also be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the kg66 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 of these terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the kg66 platform or these Terms and Conditions, kg66 encourages players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any other form of legal remedy. kg66 does not accept liability for any outcome that a player considers unfavourable where that outcome was determined in accordance with the published game rules and these Terms and Conditions.
